Out of respect for the other guests in the building, we ask that you keep the noise down after 10 p.m. so that all guests can get a good night's sleep. Parties in the apartments are not allowed!

Upon request, guests can use the washing machine and ironing board with iron. Simply contact us using the options listed in point 1.

The apartment is normally equipped with sufficient textiles for all guests and the duration of their stay. However, if something needs to be replaced or something additional is required, please contact the hosts using the options listed in point 1.

If you would like to exchange the standard pillows in the apartment for a neck support pillow, please contact the hosts using the options listed in point 1.

The lounge may be used by our guests at any time, even when we, the hosts, are not on site. When leaving the lounge, all lights and technical devices must be switched off. The windows and patio door must also be closed securely.

The music system is generally only operated by the hosts.

No parties are allowed! Please note that after 10 p.m., the volume must be kept down so that guests in the house are not disturbed during their night's rest. Be fair to the other guests!

The entire bar area is under video surveillance!

Drinks from the self-service refrigerators may be taken by our guests at any time in the absence of the hosts. However, the removal must be marked accordingly in the removal list next to the refrigerator. The costs will be added up at the end of the stay and must then be paid by the guests in cash or by card. Please enter your removals reliably so that we can continue to offer this service to our guests in the future. Empty bottles must be returned to the bar.

The terrace may be used by our guests at any time, even when we, the hosts, are not on site. When leaving, it is essential to turn off the lights. The radiant heaters switch off automatically. Parties are not permitted! Please note that after 10 p.m., the volume must be kept down so as not to disturb the other guests in the house during their night's rest. Please be considerate of the other guests.

Sun loungers and parasols for the lawn may be used and must be returned to their storage location after use.

Children are welcome to use the trampoline and sandpit.

The outdoor area is monitored by video surveillance!

The furnishings in the vacation apartments are the sole property of the hosts. If any items are stolen, guests must either return them or replace them at their own expense. This includes all furnishings, textiles, kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories, crockery and glasses, decorations, shopping bags, shoehorns, and umbrellas. Lighters and pens, on the other hand, may be taken home.

If something is lost or accidentally damaged during your stay, please report it to the hosts.

This is very important so that everything can be made available and functional again for the next guests. These things can always happen, and there is a solution for everything. There is no need to worry about reporting an incident to us.

Access to the ski cellar/bike garage is via the key that also locks the apartment door and the main door.

Please arrange your skis and ski boots orderly on the racks and dryers. The ski boot dryers run automatically.

Please make sure that bicycles are placed so that every guest can easily reach their bike. There are enough power outlets available for charging.

With the key provided, you can lock the main entrance door, your apartment, the ski cellar/bicycle garage, and the side entrance door to the terrace. A deposit of €100 is required for the key.

Instructions are available on the safe in all languages.

Please let us know upon arrival if you would like to charge your car using our e-charging station. You will be given a chip, which will be billed on the day of departure. A deposit of €100 is required for the chip.

The hosts will be happy to help you. Just contact us using the options in point 1.

On request, you can borrow a bathrobe from us for a deposit of €20. Just contact us using the options in point 1.

We have washable slippers available to borrow for a deposit of €10. These are cleaned in the washing machine with hygienic detergent after each use. Just contact us using the options in point 1.

There is a separate trash room in the ski room for residual waste, plastic waste, paper waste, and glass. Organic waste can be disposed of in the room next to the ski room. This is marked with a sign.

We have a power outlet adapter for all common worldwide connections available for rent for a deposit of €40. Just contact us using the options in point 1.
