• The keys are handed over either in person or via a key safe located in front of the house. The hosts will contact you by email during the week of your arrival.
• The apartments are equipped with salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. To get you off to a perfect start, there are also a few coffee capsules in the apartment.
• In the bathroom, we provide a hand soap dispenser, tissue dispenser, and 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo. A basic supply of toilet paper is also provided.
• The following items can be borrowed or purchased from us on request: bathrobe, slippers, toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton pads, etc.).
• We also offer a wake-up service at the request of our guests.

Pets are allowed upon prior request and for a fee.

Yes, we have two charging stations for electric vehicles, which our guests are welcome to use for a fee.

Yes, about 2 km away, you’ll find the village bakery Stock and the SPAR Markt Wechselberger. There’s also a small farm shop at a neighboring farm where you can buy milk, cheese, and eggs from local farmers. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping opportunities in the surrounding villages.

Each apartment has sufficient bed linen and towels. For stays of 5 nights or more, towels will be changed once. For longer stays, towels and bed linen will be changed as often as necessary.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. However, guests are welcome to smoke on the balconies and the terrace.

Yes, in our reception area, you’ll find a wide selection of brochures and hiking maps, as well as the current timetables for the ski and hiking buses and other public bus lines.
